The biggest problem of the region in this project was that it had an inactive structure and was very lacking in terms of activity and facilities. For this reason, I tried to create a touristic place as a solution and a place where people can both have fun and relax. That's why I built a hotel, a casino and a shopping mall. I have created main and intermediate roads that will connect these 3 living structures together in the best possible way. This created horizontal and vertical circulation and added extra efficiency to the land. Being very close to the sea also provided some advantages and by using this, I have improved the efficiency area much more.

MEDITATION AND RECREATION FACILITY
By paying attention to the combination of water, plants and activity areas, which is the general purpose of the therapy garden, I aimed to be able to walk around peacefully. I ensured the order in the area by paying attention to the positioning of the plants. With the 7% disabled ramp, disabled people could travel smoothly on slopes without assistance. In addition, the energy centers of the project were created by creating a playground, yoga and sports activity area. And by spreading them on both sides of the land, the density was evenly distributed everywhere.

BOTHANIC GARDEN
Green is our future. And botanical gardens are our lungs among the concrete. In the project, which has an egg-like structure that provides all its own energy from solar panels, the internal and external circulation has been calculated for the health of the plants and has made it a must-see with beautiful seating areas and sightseeing corridors for people who want to come and see it.
ART & CULTURAL CENTER
In this project, which is an Art Feast project with art galleries, public library, theater stage, dance and music training areas, special ramps and resting areas for the disabled have also been calculated.

I have created 3 active working and living areas with great care so that they do not interfere or interfere with each other. In addition, its height and width are calculated so that it does not disturb the environment.
